Research Focus

This site is dedicated to my Doctoral Research at the Fischler School of Education, Nova Southeastern University and in no way reflects the views, opinions and/or beliefs of the Houston County Board of Education.

My program emphasis is Instructional Technology and Distance Education with a primary goal to:

• research the factors that influence high school teachers' adoption of distance learning to support instruction in schools where the amount of seat time required to receive credit has been reduced.

My secondary goal is to:

• Be a driving force to implement Open Source Distance Learning solutions in K-12 education as a way to defray the costs of using proprietary distance education solutions.
